Rare set of TEN vintage Louis XVI chairs - 2 arm - 8 side. Custom crafted by Casa Stradivari - a renowned shop used by New York's best decorators. Frames are hand carved with egg/dart embellishment - gessoed and painted with a "distressed" brown finish. Upholstered backs and seats feature neutral gray/taupe diamond pattern fabric with matching piping. Each chair measures 21.5" wide x 18" deep x 38" high. Seat rises 19" from floor. In excellent condition - the frames show minor wear/tear commensurate with vintage age/use. Upholstery is in LIKE NEW condition with no visible wear, stains, tears, or pulls of note.
