This pair of 1970s adjustable brass floor lamps by Frederick Cooper are sleek, modern, elegant, and yet quite practical. Weighted arms swivel and move up and down in a broad range of positions. Triangular brass shades adjust as needed. Tubular bulbs screw into sockets operated by a rotary brass lamp knob. Each base measures 9.5" x 9.5" with a column that rises 38" from the floor. Arms measure 38" in length which when angled straight up hits 64.5" above the ground. Each arm features an easily adjusted screw knob plus heavy counterweight that insures stability.
